How to Request Hive Keys

Signing up for an account on our platform and buying a Franchise License ($10) creates an account on the HIVE blockchain as well. In order to transact on the blockchain, you need to request your keys by following these steps:

1. Login to your account using your credentials (Email & Password):
   
   
2. Navigate to the Wallets section, select a Hive wallet username, and Click on "Create Wallet". Make sure you already bought a franchise license to upgrade your account:
   
   
   
   
3. Click on the Request Keys button. An email will arrive to your registered email address:
   
   
   
   
4. Go to your email and click on the Retrieve Hive Keys button. If you did not get any emails, make sure to check the Junk & Spam folders:
   
   
   
   
5. Click on Request Backup:
   
   
   
   
6. Click on Download Backup:
   
   
   
   
7. A download will start on your browser with a text file that contains your Master Password and private keys. Make sure you store them in a safe place.
