When you create a Customer Support ticket with a purchase/transfer issue, whether you had utilized Hive as payment for a purchase or had transferred a token that had an issue arriving, you may be asked to include the transaction ID (txID) related to your issue. You can find the transaction ID in your wallet history by utilizing one of several Hive block explorers. In this example, we will use hiveblocks.com.
Step 1: Go to https://hiveblocks.com:
Step 2: Enter your GLS username in the search field on the top right of the page:
Step 3: Find the specific transfer related to your issue, then click the short string of characters located at the upper-right of the block it is in:
Step 4: You should see the txID listed in a few different places on this page. The txID will be (1) within the URL of the page (following the /tx/ portion), (2) listed after the "Tx" header (underlined in green below), and (3) also down in the raw transaction data provided further down the same page. Copy your transaction ID from any of those 3 places, and paste this information in your ticket.
**Note: The '@' symbol, and any characters after the @ symbol, are not necessary within the transaction string provided in a block explorer.
